Yesterday was Shelley's birthday....(she was 39) after work I went and took her some goodies. We (and Perry) had the best time setting around the kitchen table talking and catching up on things and just spending time with dear friends. Shelley and I don't get to spend as much time as we would like with each other but in the time of need we would drop everything for each other.
Good friends are hard to find, trust me I know. Good friends love you through the thick and thin, the good and the bad and the ups and downs of life . Even if sometimes you don't live up to their expectations they don't judge, they just keep loving you cause that's what being a true friend is all about.
I hope Shelley enjoyed her day and that she lives to be 100....Love ya Girlfriend!!!

Good friends don't use and abuse good friends. Good friends stop what they are doing to help out other good friends. Good friends spend hours and hours the day before and the day of Valentines' Day helping good friends. Good friends don't believe what others say just because they are jealous of your friendship. Good friends don't question your friendship. Finding good friends for a lifetime is hard to find, let alone keeping them for a lifetime.
